Cocoa Carob Cayenne Cookies









 So, I guess I have created a monster. I have started to read a lot about health and wellness, through healthy food choices, and so with that, sometimes yummy recipes come up. Well, I read about putting antioxidants into "cookies", so I made some Goji Berry Power Cookies last week.

I was craving something chocolately, so I then decided to make these monster cookies last night! I took them to a meeting, and I felt so good when I asked if the hostess wanted to keep them and she exclaimed, "YES!" These are so delicious, with sweet, succulent carob chips, a dash of cinnamon and cayenne pepper, and 3 full servings of vegetables right in the mix. They are made with organic ingredients, when possible, and even contain natural xylitol and sugarcane sugars, coconut oil, and gluten free oats.
