Yo yo yo
Took a walk with the JuJu and PupPup and then did a fabulous workout in my brothers living room with nothing but my sneaks and a pair of 8lb dumbbells....yowza.
I'm starting a workout plan as promoted by FitnessMagazine. It's called the summer slim-down. I'm trying to use their fitness tracker, but it's proving to be annoying and time consuming. If they get back to me and show me an easier way, I might be inclined to use it but not likely!
This was a pic after my workout, and I'm listing my food intake for the days as well.
#GOAL to be at 115 by the end of 2012. When I achieve this, I want to become NASM certified in personal training.
This is a hefty plan, yet I felt so good afer my workout and my son has so much fun being active, it's no better choice than now, with no better reason other than wellness!
