This is me and my Big, Karissa. She was one of the main reasons why I felt so comfortable at VU, and in Kappa, and I am so glad that we have the bond that we do. I am truly a blessed woman to know her!!
In 71 short days, she will be getting MARRIED to an amazing man named Elliot!! They will be saying their vows at a lovely church in Valparaiso, and then we will be celebrating their unification in a little banquet hall down town. It will be quite the night!!
Tonight, the bride and her maids--her sister Kim, soon to be sister-in-law Courtney, and myself (minus Mallory)-- all got together at a cute little restaurant called Stacks. This restaurant was the old Passtimes, and believe me, it was worth every penny. The whole atmosphere was SO cool. It was basically a library!!! Hence the name....Stacks... Like stack of books? Yeah, I just got that, too... :)
It was very nice to meet these ladies, and it was also very nice to go out for once!! I really feel like my time doing "adult" things is limited because I have a little guy, so when I do get to go out, it is even nicer. I felt like I did a lot of people watching tonight, though. Eh, it's alright. I enjoyed it!!
I will update you all on the events of the wedding when it rolls around on 3-23-13...Stay tuned!!

I want success, power, and happiness, but it doesn't always come from money. :P Health is my wealth, and through a successfully healthy, whole food lifestyle, among awareness, and love of family and friends, I will make it happen. :) I commit to a life of health. Thanks for reading, and I hope that I can inspire you, in some way.
