There is a clever little car theif roaming about Valparaiso, more specifically the Jefferson Park area. They prey on cars outside, and if it's unlocked: GAME ON.
Well, last night I was the lastest victim. Grr.
They only took, from what I noticed, a knockoff Chanel bag that had my car emergency stuff in so I'm not too upset, just disturbed by it all.
Nothing like opening your car, seeing things thrown around everywhere, and your glovebox open when you know you didn't leave it open.
My stomach turned.
From now on, I will be sure to keep my car locked, and I will never second guess safety first, even in my "safe" little neighborhood.
