Keeping my daily workouts in my blog.

Hi :)

Today, I could feel the anger, frustration, and resentments brewing up, as I tried to get out of the house in a rush this morning. My son has taken to waking up for hours during the middle of the night, and it's taking a toll on my body, mentally and physically--leading to spirituality frustrations. I was supposed to be at IUN at 7:30am to take care of school business, but because I was up late, and then again for hours last night, I slept in. Thankfully my mom is gracious enough to help me out. God bless her.

Well, we finally made it out the door, went to campus, took care of my things, and then went on our way back home. He cried a little bit in the car, then fell asleep. I tried to slowly and carefully transport him from the car to bed, but that didn't see to work, as he woke up. Instead of screaming, yelling, and panicking, I said a few prayers, turned my anger in to energy, and danced with my little guy until he was happy again. Then we made some food, colored, and finally, he fell back asleep.  Thankfully, he is down now for what should be a several hour nap.

Yesterday I had a thought, while hearing about BL14 (biggest loser 14). I really should start including my workouts in my daily blog! What another great way to keep me accountable!! I get some really awesome fitness emails, with exercizes and stuff, so I'm using one of those today.

I am also going to take my son swimming, and then try either the expresso bike for a bit, or....DUN DUN DUN.... running around the TRACK!!! I have my new, amazing shoes to help, so I will have to see if I can do it today :) It is just WAY to cold to take Jr. outside. He'd have icicles for fingers and toes, even with a warm outfit and blankets.
