Exhausted.

Stayed up until 2am last night, finishing homework, and was up by 7:30am. I'm pooped. I just took a shower and curled up in my bed.

It was a rough day, from the very start. I got pulled over on my way back from michigan city and it was just hard with the baby. Panic attack was not too far away.

I had a bunch of errands to run for jr's bday party, and I really wanted to get them done before tomorrow, so that it wasn't crazy hectic. It was hot, crowded, and immeasurably uneventful, besides the great deal on dipes and wipes I got at target.

Rush, rush, rush, and then back home. The baby was tired, and so was I. He would lie down so we went for a half hour walk, and presto chango, we were both more relaxed and he was quick to fall asleep.

This is just a reiteration that exercise is not only essential for your physical health, but its immensly important for proper emotional and mental health.
*remember, working out (even something small) produces endorphins and endorphins make you happy!*

Now, time for sleep.
